Shorey’s Settlement will be a master planned community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the chronically homeless in Culpeper & surrounding counties. This transformative residential program is based off the model used at Community First! Village in Austin, Texas. We will be lifting homeless men and women up off the streets into community and home.
